Traditional Portuguese music called fado. Mariza sings very song with such intenseness and seriousness. Lyrics and music has become one which provokes deep emotions. Her art, can reach into the deepest part of your heart and make you cry. Very powerful. I have also sampled other Fado artist and I still find that nothing else can compare with Mariza’s way of transforming lyrics and music into emotions. I am glad that I can find all her other albums here in Hong Kong.
